Start with the item

Common items we can remove

These are ordinary removal requests, not a promise to take every item in any condition. Tell us what you have and where it sits.
1

Furniture and household goods

Sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, shelving, outdoor furniture, boxes and general clutter fit common pickups. Our furniture removal guide covers bulky pieces and tight removal routes.
2

Mattresses and bed pieces

Mattresses, box springs and bed frames can be included in a pickup. Describe the size, quantity and condition. See our mattress removal guide for item-specific preparation.
3

Appliances

Refrigerators, washers, dryers and other accepted appliances need to be empty and ready to move. Water, gas and electrical connections must be safely disconnected. Our appliance removal guide explains readiness.
4

Property contents and debris

We handle agreed home and business contents, accepted wood, drywall, flooring and renovation leftovers, plus cut branches, brush and bagged yard debris. Identify each material separately; a mixed pile may contain items that need review.

A familiar item can still need a closer look

Weight, condition and the way out matter as much as the item name. Concrete, brick, tile, dirt and unusually heavy or oversized pieces need equipment and disposal confirmation. They may require separate pricing or trips. Wood and drywall are different from a pile of dense masonry, even when both come from the same renovation.
Tell us about damage, contamination or other known hazards, along with stairs, narrow openings, long carries and building rules. Electronics and exercise equipment also need item-specific confirmation. We review acceptance and any special charges before scheduling unusual items; do not add them to an agreed load without checking.

Hazardous materials are not ordinary junk

Our standard pickup does not include hazardous-material removal or remediation. Flag chemicals, fuels, unidentified liquids, paints, solvents, certain batteries, medical waste, sharps, explosives, ammunition and pressurized containers before pickup. Suspected asbestos-containing or contaminated materials need specialist guidance, not placement in a general junk pile.
Acceptance of an appliance or other item does not include utility work, demolition, tree cutting, pest treatment, deep cleaning or property repairs. Arrange qualified help when those tasks are needed. Nonhazardous storm debris still needs safe access; unstable structures and downed utility lines are outside an ordinary removal scope.

Electronics removal is not data destruction

Tell us which devices you have so we can confirm acceptance and processing. If computers or other equipment hold private information, arrange appropriate specialist services before removal. General hauling does not provide certified data destruction or secure document shredding.

From the first call to the cleared space

We agree on the items, access and price before loading. Here’s how we work through a pickup or cleanout.

1
Step 1

Tell us what needs to go

Describe the items and where they are. Photos help show the amount and condition; mention stairs, parking or a building access window.
2
Step 2

Confirm the scope and price

We review the items and access, then confirm the work and final price with you before loading. A photo estimate is preliminary.
3
Step 3

Let us lift and load

We remove the agreed items from the agreed location with safe access. Keep belongings outside the removal scope clearly separate.
4
Step 4

Check the cleared area

We finish with a basic sweep of accessible work areas. Review the space with us; deep cleaning, repairs and restoration are not part of that finish.

Send the items and the route out

Send clear photos of the items and describe anything the pictures cannot show, such as weight, connections or difficult access. Include the pickup address and identify what must stay. You do not need to carry approved items to the curb for full-service removal.
Photos can support a preliminary estimate, not a final promise about every item. We confirm the actual scope and price before loading. If you add items or conditions differ, we explain the change and get your approval before additional billable work.

Questions about a mixed pickup

A few choices are easier to settle before you combine items or arrange a visit.

Ask us to review the ordinary items separately. The hazardous items are not part of standard removal; tell us about them rather than combining them with furniture or debris. Their presence and the condition of the pickup area may affect whether the ordinary items can be safely collected.

Tell us the contents are unknown before scheduling. Do not describe every box as ordinary household clutter when it may contain liquids, batteries or sharp objects. We need that uncertainty in the request so we can discuss what requires identification or specialist guidance.

Let us know that condition before you approve the job. Donation depends on the item's condition, cleanliness and the receiving organization's acceptance; we cannot guarantee it. A donation receipt is available only if that organization provides one. Decide whether you still want removal if donation is not possible.

Possibly, but check your actual waste provider, account eligibility, accepted materials and scheduling rules. A Tampa mailing address alone does not establish which program applies. Public set-out or self-haul options are different from removal from inside your property, and resident disposal benefits do not transfer to a commercial hauling crew.

The customer or an authorized representative must give clear removal instructions. Separate or mark items that must stay, especially when several people are involved. If instructions conflict or ownership is uncertain, resolve that before pickup; we do not make legal ownership decisions for you.
