Garage pickup questions worth settling first
Identify what is in each box and decide what should leave before removal. A closed box may hold documents, valuables or material needing special review. Do not assume its contents are disposable because the box is old.
Overhead storage needs an access review before we agree to remove its contents. Send a photo showing the shelf height and how it is reached. Do not climb unstable shelving or move a heavy item down just to prepare for an estimate.
Get the owner’s permission before including those items in the removal scope. Set unresolved belongings aside; being stored in your garage does not by itself authorize their disposal.
Arrange for the vehicle to be moved safely before the agreed pickup if it blocks access. Garage cleanout service is not vehicle moving or towing. Tell us about a vehicle that cannot be moved so we can review the remaining access.
No. Flag batteries separately for review rather than hiding them in a mixed box. Do not open or handle a damaged, leaking or swollen battery to prepare for pickup. Follow the relevant local disposal guidance; we do not promise battery collection.
