Choose the removal that fits your pile

One bulky item and a pile of cut brush need different details. Start with the material you want removed.

From the first call to the cleared space

We agree on the items, access and price before loading. Here’s how we work through a pickup or cleanout.

1
Step 1

Tell us what needs to go

Describe the items and where they are. Photos help show the amount and condition; mention stairs, parking or a building access window.
2
Step 2

Confirm the scope and price

We review the items and access, then confirm the work and final price with you before loading. A photo estimate is preliminary.
3
Step 3

Let us lift and load

We remove the agreed items from the agreed location with safe access. Keep belongings outside the removal scope clearly separate.
4
Step 4

Check the cleared area

We finish with a basic sweep of accessible work areas. Review the space with us; deep cleaning, repairs and restoration are not part of that finish.
Before choosing disposal

A yard pile is not always a residential load

Branches beside the driveway do not tell the whole story. Hillsborough County separates residential yard-waste benefits from commercial deliveries. A hired landscaping or tree-trimming business cannot use your residential property account to deliver yard waste on your behalf.
Tell us who made the pile and whether it includes household junk, painted wood or renovation debris. We review those materials separately. Your residential assessment does not give our crew permission to use resident-only disposal benefits. We haul eligible cut debris, not cut trees.

Planning a Town 'n' Country pickup

This map shows Town 'n' Country, Florida for orientation, not an office or a promise of pickup at every address.

Check your solid-waste bill and the current County requirements first. County bulky-item benefits depend on your solid-waste assessment, remaining allowance and accepted materials. You must unload items yourself; businesses cannot use Community Collection Centers. The locality name alone does not establish eligibility.

Tell us what you know and flag any uncertain contents before pickup. A photo of closed bags cannot confirm what is inside. Do not open a bag that may contain sharp or hazardous material just to photograph it; we need to review that uncertainty before agreeing to removal.

Those dense materials need a separate review, even when they came from an outdoor project. Tell us the material and approximate amount. Capacity, receiving acceptance and any separate price must be confirmed; a brush pickup is not approval for an unlimited heavy load.

Keep them out of the ordinary removal pile and ask the responsible waste authority about the current household program. We do not offer hazardous-waste hauling. Resident drop-off rules do not authorize business waste, and paint-container limits should be checked rather than assumed.

Ask us about the available appointments for your actual load. Same-day or next-day work depends on the schedule, capacity and disposal arrangements. Listed 24/7 business hours do not mean guaranteed round-the-clock dispatch or emergency hauling.

Show us the added items before they are loaded. We need to review the changed scope, material and access, then get your approval for any price change. Keep the new pile separate from items already included so there is no confusion about what you want removed.
