Storage cleanout questions
An authorized representative can coordinate the job if they can approve the contents, scope and price. Tell us who will make those decisions and how to reach them. Being able to open the unit is not the same as having permission to remove someone else’s belongings.
Keep records you need separate before removal, and arrange secure destruction yourself if that is required. Ordinary junk hauling is not certified document or data destruction. Point out any box that must not be loaded, even if its other contents are unwanted.
Ask us about the loose items before buying boxes or packing everything. Describe fragile pieces, sharp edges and any container whose contents you do not know. Do not mix unknown substances into a general removal box or handle something unsafe just to prepare for pickup.
Do not include a transfer of kept belongings in an ordinary removal request. Our cleanout scope is hauling agreed unwanted contents, not a moving service. Arrange the move separately and tell us which pieces are reserved for it.
Ask the facility whether it requires a staff inspection or another move-out step. Arrange that directly rather than assuming a cleared unit has been accepted. If you have a deadline, include it in your request so we can discuss whether the removal can fit the available window.
