Customer review section headline

When a pile needs hauling

Clear the debris left after yard work

Cutting and clearing can leave more material than you expected. The removal plan depends on what is already on the ground—not just how much space the pile covers.
1

Cut brush is filling the yard

Loose branches and palm fronds can spread out quickly. Send a wide photo and a closer view so we can distinguish light brush from heavy sections of wood.
2

Bags are waiting for pickup

Tell us what is inside the bags and roughly how many there are. Leaves and clippings need a different review from soil, rubble or household trash.
3

Debris is behind a narrow gate

A pile near the truck is different from one reached through a side yard. Let us know about gates, steps and the distance from material to loading access.
4

Outdoor items need to go too

Include patio furniture or other unwanted items in the request rather than burying them in the brush. Separating material types helps us review the whole job accurately.

What is ready to remove

Start with material that is already cut or collected

This service is for hauling already-generated yard debris, including cut brush and bagged yard waste, once the materials and loading conditions are reviewed. Describe large limbs, dense wood, wet bags or anything that is not ordinary plant material. Size and weight both affect the work; a wide, airy brush pile can differ substantially from a compact stack of logs.
We do not provide tree cutting, landscaping or hazardous cleanup through a yard-debris pickup. Soil, rocks, concrete and construction materials are not interchangeable with leaves and branches. Keep chemicals, paint, fuel containers and unknown liquids out of the pile. If you are unsure what something is, identify it in your request without opening or handling it.

Preparing the pickup

Agree on the pile before anyone starts loading

You do not need to guess a truck fraction to request a quote. Send photos, describe the contents and point out access limits. We can review those details first, then confirm the scope and price before loading. Additional material or conditions not visible in the photos can change the estimate; any change needs your approval.
Leave room to reach the agreed pile and keep items you want to retain separate. Do not move material into the street or block drainage, utilities or a neighbor's access to make pickup easier. Where the debris is safely accessible already, show us that location and discuss the loading plan rather than rearranging a heavy pile yourself.

A clear plan for what leaves and what stays

Point out retained planters, tools, reusable wood and anything else near the debris. A removal visit does not include gardening, pruning, pressure washing or restoring damaged landscaping. If the property has unsafe footing, hanging branches or another unresolved hazard, address that condition with the appropriate specialist before arranging routine hauling.

Step 1

Tell us what needs to go

Describe the items and where they are. Photos help show the amount and condition; mention stairs, parking or a building access window.
2
Step 2

Confirm the scope and price

We review the items and access, then confirm the work and final price with you before loading. A photo estimate is preliminary.
3
Step 3

Let us lift and load

We remove the agreed items from the agreed location with safe access. Keep belongings outside the removal scope clearly separate.
4
Step 4

Check the cleared area

We finish with a basic sweep of accessible work areas. Review the space with us; deep cleaning, repairs and restoration are not part of that finish.
Mixed outdoor pickups

Keep outdoor items separate from plant waste

A patio clear-out may include both cut brush and old tables or chairs. Show each group separately and tell us which pieces should leave. Mixed materials can require different handling or receiving arrangements, so we review the combined scope rather than treating every outdoor item as yard waste.
Already-generated debris after bad weather can be reviewed when the site is safe to access. That is not emergency storm response, tree work or hazardous remediation. Do not approach downed wires, unstable trees or contaminated material to take a closer photo. Report immediate dangers to the appropriate utility or emergency service instead.

Yard debris pickup questions

A few details about material, timing and alternatives can help you choose the right pickup plan.

Possibly. Check your actual solid-waste provider and its current packaging, quantity and set-out rules; a Tampa mailing address does not establish eligibility for City collection. City of Tampa, Hillsborough County and Temple Terrace have different programs. Regular curbside collection can suit a qualifying prepared pile; private hauling is a separate option when material, access or timing calls for another plan. Check City of Tampa yard-waste guidance.

No tree cutting or stump extraction is included in this service. Routine hauling starts with material that has already been cut or collected. Large wood pieces still need a separate size, weight and access review before we agree to take them. Arrange standing-tree work or extraction with the appropriate specialist; we cannot promise pickup of every material their work leaves behind.

Tell us before the visit. Wet material can change lifting, loading and the condition of the access route, even when the pile looks the same size. Keep bags closed and material types separate, but do not attempt unsafe lifting to show the weight. Updated photos and a description help us review whether the original plan still fits; any quote change is confirmed before loading.

Request those materials separately rather than mixing them into the brush. Treated wood, fencing, drywall and dense rubble may need different receiving and handling arrangements; they are not accepted merely because they are outdoors. Describe the material and quantity for review. Approved already-generated building waste belongs under construction-debris removal, not an unrestricted yard-waste pickup.

We do not guarantee a specific recycling outcome. Material condition, contamination and receiving-site acceptance affect the available route. Keep plant waste separate from household items and chemicals so we can assess it accurately. A residential disposal allowance is not a free-disposal entitlement for a commercial hauling crew, and our quote does not promise use of a particular public facility.
