Space you can use again

What is taking up your garage?

A cleanout can cover a few unwanted pieces or a larger pile. Start with the part of the garage you want to use again.
1

The parking space has become storage

Boxes and unused furniture can spread into the space meant for your car. Decide which stored items can leave before setting the removal scope.
2

Useful tools are hard to reach

An old chair or stack of empty containers can block the things you use every week. A targeted pickup may be enough to open that route.
3

A project left materials behind

Scrap wood, broken fixtures and other leftovers need more than a quick glance. Describe the material and amount so we can check what fits the load.
4

Keep and remove piles overlap

When everything sits together, it is easy to mistake one pile for another. Set a clear boundary between the belongings you want and the items going out.

Define the removal pile

Plan around the items, not just the garage size

A two-car garage may need only a small pickup; a narrow corner may hold a heavy load. Show us the unwanted furniture, boxes, bins and loose items, including anything behind the front row. The amount, weight and carry route help us understand the job.
Keep the belongings you use in a separate area or mark them clearly. You do not need to carry the removal pile to the curb. We can lift and load agreed items from an accessible location; tell us about steps, a narrow side door or a vehicle blocking the route.

Check mixed materials

Stored belongings and leftover chemicals are different jobs

Garage contents often mix ordinary household items with materials that need separate review. We can discuss unwanted furniture and other nonhazardous stored belongings. Point out heavy tile, concrete or soil rather than burying it in a general pile; capacity and disposal arrangements must be checked.
Paint, oil, pesticides and vehicle fluids do not belong in the removal pile. We do not offer hazardous-waste hauling or spill cleanup. For household hazardous waste, check the current local program rules for your address and material. Residential disposal benefits do not extend to a commercial hauling crew.

Clearance is not a storage makeover

Our work removes the agreed contents. It does not include organizing the items you keep, installing racks or cabinets, or washing the garage floor. Tell us the floor area you want back, and we can discuss a removal scope without adding those separate services.

From the first call to the cleared space

We agree on the items, access and price before loading. Here’s how we work through a pickup or cleanout.

1
Step 1

Tell us what needs to go

Describe the items and where they are. Photos help show the amount and condition; mention stairs, parking or a building access window.
2
Step 2

Confirm the scope and price

We review the items and access, then confirm the work and final price with you before loading. A photo estimate is preliminary.
3
Step 3

Let us lift and load

We remove the agreed items from the agreed location with safe access. Keep belongings outside the removal scope clearly separate.
4
Step 4

Check the cleared area

We finish with a basic sweep of accessible work areas. Review the space with us; deep cleaning, repairs and restoration are not part of that finish.
Choose a manageable scope

You do not have to empty the whole garage

If the goal is room for a workbench or a clear path to shelving, start there. You can keep useful furniture and tools while removing the pieces that crowd that area.
Send photos of what should leave and tell us what the space needs to hold afterward. We can review a partial cleanout without treating every stored possession as junk.

Garage pickup questions worth settling first

These details can change what is ready for removal. Mention them when you contact us.

Identify what is in each box and decide what should leave before removal. A closed box may hold documents, valuables or material needing special review. Do not assume its contents are disposable because the box is old.

Overhead storage needs an access review before we agree to remove its contents. Send a photo showing the shelf height and how it is reached. Do not climb unstable shelving or move a heavy item down just to prepare for an estimate.

Get the owner’s permission before including those items in the removal scope. Set unresolved belongings aside; being stored in your garage does not by itself authorize their disposal.

Arrange for the vehicle to be moved safely before the agreed pickup if it blocks access. Garage cleanout service is not vehicle moving or towing. Tell us about a vehicle that cannot be moved so we can review the remaining access.

No. Flag batteries separately for review rather than hiding them in a mixed box. Do not open or handle a damaged, leaking or swollen battery to prepare for pickup. Follow the relevant local disposal guidance; we do not promise battery collection.
